The login is currently closed. 2026 vendor registration will open September 22nd 2025 at 12 Noon.
VENDOR SCHEDULE
September 22nd at 12 Noon – 2026 registration opens for all vendors who purchased spaces in 2025 – an email notification with registration and space purchasing instructions will be sent to all 2025 vendors
November 14th at 5:00 pm – Vendor portal closes for system updates, and all non-purchased spaces will be released
November 17th at Noon – Vendor portal reopens. All registered vendors will have the opportunity to swap or purchase any available spaces
November 21st at 5:00pm – Swap functionality will be turned off
November 24th at 12 Noon – New vendor registration is open to the public
December 18th at 12:00 pm Midnight – Vendor registration closes
January 5th-7th – Vendor packets are mailed
January 23rd – Vendor load-in begins
January 24th-25th – 59th Annual Turlock Swap Meet
