Registrations cancelled by or prior to March 20, 2017 will receive a refund less a $25 processing fee. Guest registrations cancelled by or prior to March 20, 2017 will be receive refund less $15 processing fee. Cancellations received after March 20, 2017 are non-refundable. Tours are non-refundable but are transferable to another attendee. If you must cancel, please contact Registration Services at Registration@StupidCancer.org ASAP so that someone else may be able to attend in your place. We expect this event to be sold out so delaying your cancellation may mean someone else is unable to make the necessary arrangements to be able to attend.
Should you require accommodations, we have a block of rooms at a discounted rate at the Sheraton Denver Downtown. This limited block of rooms is offered at the rate of $144 (plus taxes currently 14.75%) for single/double occupancy. Additional fees of $20/person/night apply for triple/quad occupancy.

All reservations require a one night deposit, plus tax by credit card for each room reserved. Credit card deposits will be processed at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival date. Individual cancellations received after 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night's room and tax. "No-shows" will be charged one night's room and tax for the dates of the reservation. Any reservation received after March 31, 2017 will be accepted on a space and/or rate available basis only. Should the guest room block be filled prior to the cut-off date, any additional room requests will be accepted on space and/or rate availability.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time has been established at 12:00 p.m.
